Shane’s personal training services are second to none. With the research he’s done while completing his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and Masters in Business Administration, he has developed his own regimen of how to help his clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
Shane has worked countless hours creating workouts that are not time consuming, but still show great results quickly. Shane believes in positive energy, great quality, and teamwork. Creating SB Fitness, LLC was Shane’s way of spreading love to everyone and help prevent the violence happening around the world.
